Over-pronation is a common foot condition where the foot rolls inwards excessively during walking or running, leading to a flattened arch and inward tilting of the ankles. This can trigger a chain reaction of alignment issues and imbalances throughout the body, potentially causing injuries in the feet, ankles, knees, hips, and even the back.
In this section, we've developed a series of exercises specifically designed to combat over-pronation. Our focus is on strengthening the feet and enhancing balance, specifically to control pronation with each step. These exercises address the root cause of this issue by reinforcing proper alignment and mechanics throughout the body.
